Coats & Clark Button & Craft Thread

This thread is extremely strong and easy to sew with making it a go-to for my mending work. It is the strongest and heaviest hand sewing thread available. The polished cotton finish helps reduce tangling and abrasion. 

It's much thinner than sashiko thread, but just as strong, maybe more so because of its inner poly layer. I use it when I want a more subtle effect & lots of strength for high wear and tear areas, like the inner thighs and seat area. 

Great for mending work and decorative embellishment too.
