Inspired by a love of stitching and snail mail Miniature Rhino Pattern Club aims to delight with a surprise quartelry stitch sampler. Patterns are simple, fun projects to immerse yourself in the joyful and calming practice of hand embroidery.
Bonus- I hunt for the best sustainable textiles and designer deadstock* and send each dispatch in thoughtful, low-waste packaging.
You will recieve a total of four patterns as well as a private newsletter with club news and a pattern PDF for future use. I also host meetups for club members to meet, share projects and ask any questions.

- Mailed quarterly in a recycled envelope via USPS Ground

NOTE: No thread is included this year. This way you can use up your stash & experiment with any thread combinations you like!
Dispatch Timing
I aim to get patterns out within the first week of the bimonthly schedule, but bear with me it's just me preparing packages.

International Mail
So sorry because international mail service is prohibitively expensive for this particular offering I'm limiting this to US shipping only. I'll share drop in options for individual patterns too.
What does deadstock* mean?
Fabrics come from a variety of sources- textile recyclers, secondhand and commercial retailers specializing in deadstock fabrics and designer remnants. The goal of this is to keep this fabric out of landfills!
What will I need to participate?
- Needles (I love Olympus Sashiko Needles, but embroidery needles work too!)
- Scissors
- Thread - I love Olympus brand Sashiko thread, but use any thread you like!
- Embroidery hoop optional. I don't use one for the running stitching, but I'd love to see you go crazy with embroidery stitches. Depends on your preferred stitch style.
